Chardonnay

A bright and crisp wine with an initial burst of apple flavor. Rich and full-bodied. Bright and refreshing.

Riesling

Semi-Sweet with a flowery aroma. Our Riesling is very effervescent, crisp and refreshing. Citrus and mandarin aromas are present. Riesling grapes are well known to take their taste from the soil in which they are grown. 

Rose’

A great Rosé with the body of a red wine. But it's served chilled and refreshing - slightly sweet with hints of red fruit, flowers, citrus, and  melon, with a pleasant crunchy green flavor on the finish.

Pinot Noir

This wine is light to medium bodied. It is an earthy and robust wine – not too dry and not too sweet – black raspberry, flowery and clove aroma.

– Pinot Noir is a Sensual wine – wonderful for romantic dinners!

Merlot

Also known as the Chameleon wine due to the vinifying process and its origin – ours is a smooth and medium to full-bodied wine with sweeter tannins and a flowery aroma with hints of darker red fruits.

Cabernet

Full-bodied wine – Cabernet is known as the “World’s most popular red-wine grape”

Ripe black cherry flavors that can give a perception of sweetness as well as strong notes of blackcurrant.

Red Blend

Rich and deeply satisfying, this full-bodied red wine will definitely become a quick favorite.

A blend contains more than one grape variety in the final blend. Our current blend is made using 70%Tempranillo and 30% Syrah.  This beautiful wine is very smooth due to three years aging in barrels.

Oak Chardonnay

A bright and crisp wine with an initial burst of apple flavor. Rich and full-bodied with additional lavors of vanilla and essence of caramel from aging in our oak barrels.

Malbec

A full-bodied wine, our Malbec exhibits a rich, dark fruit nose and flavors like blackberry and red plum. You will also find subtle notes of vanilla, and dark chocolate, and spic. With medium acid and moderate levels of tannins, our Malbec pairs well with many foods. Slightly sweeter than Merlot.

Muscadine Wine

America’s Wild Grape.

Grown in Tennessee at Tsali Notch Vineyard. Produced and bottled here at Silver Springs.

Strawberry

This wine starts from fresh cut Florida strawberries. A light and fruity wine.

Chocolate Strawberry

This wine starts from fresh cut Florida strawberries. Jersey cocoa is added making this wine sweet and perfect for an after-meal dessert wine.
